Our Services

Orlin Glow LLC provides personalised online beauty consultations — including skincare, haircare, nail care, personal care recommendations, and beauty-routine planning. All sessions are conducted remotely via video call or messaging at a time agreed upon during booking.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely via Shopify Payments
All prices are listed in USD and may be updated with reasonable prior notice
Your booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment
Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a small administrative fee
No-shows forfeit the session fee — please see our Refund Policy for full details

Nature of Consultations

All recommendations provided by Orlin Glow are advisory and educational in nature. They do not constitute medical, dermatological, or clinical advice. For any health-related skin, hair, or nail concerns, please consult a licensed medical professional.

Client Responsibilities

Please provide accurate information about your skin, hair, and nail concerns prior to your session
Ensure you have a stable internet connection for video consultations
Orlin Glow is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including written recommendations, care plans, images, and brand materials — is the exclusive property of Orlin Glow LLC. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Orlin Glow LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Springfield, MO.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund Policy

Handled with care

At Orlin Glow, we stand behind the quality of every consultation. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
We cancel or are unable to fulfil your booked session
A technical issue on our end prevents the consultation from taking place

Partial Refund

A 50% refund is issued if:

You cancel between 24–48 hours before your appointment
The session was significantly shorter than booked due to our error

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment
No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice)
Completed consultations where the service was delivered as described

Dissatisfied with Your Session?

If you feel your consultation did not meet expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of your session at help@orlinglow.com. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@orlinglow.com with your order number and reason
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
